First of all, thank you for your continued support and for all the feedback, ideas, and suggestions you have shared with us. Your input continues to help us improve I Am Jesus Christ and decide what to focus on next.

Our Biggest Weekend Deal Yet

To celebrate this major update, our biggest promotion to date is now live as part of a PlayWay Weekend Deal.

A Community-Powered Voice-Over Overhaul

The centerpiece of this update is a major overhaul of the game’s voice-over and narration.

We have replaced the narration heard during Bible readings and cinematic sequences, along with the voices of many characters that we felt needed the most attention. All Bible readings now also match the World English Bible text displayed during cinematics 100%, ensuring that the spoken narration and on-screen scripture are fully consistent.

This was one of the largest and most time-consuming parts of the patch, covering a substantial amount of dialogue across numerous scenes, along with all the necessary lip-sync adjustments.

What makes this overhaul especially important to us is that it was created with direct support from you.

Players from our community recorded dialogue for the game, while our team handled the review, editing, audio processing, and final implementation of those recordings. We believe the result gives many scenes a fresher, more natural, and more immersive voice.

To every player who stepped in front of a microphone and contributed: thank you. You have become part of I Am Jesus Christ in a very real way - not only as members of our community, but as voices that can now be heard within the game.

We also want to thank everyone who shared feedback about the original voice-over and helped us understand where the audio experience could be improved!

Two New Biblical Quests

We have also added two new quests based on biblical events that many of you asked to see in the game:

• Meeting Mary Magdalene

• Healing the Man with a Withered Hand

Both quests can be triggered while preaching God’s Word in synagogues. We hope these additions make this part of the journey richer and bring more of the requested biblical stories into the game.

Steam Trading Cards, Badges, and Emoticons

The full set of Steam Trading Cards is now available to collect.

Alongside the cards, the collection features five regular badge levels, a special foil badge, and themed emoticons.

One final badge is still awaiting approval from Steam. We will make it available as soon as the approval process is complete - possibly later today. Thank you for your patience.

22 Achievements Are Now Available

Achievements are already live in the game!

We did not include them in our previous announcement, so here is the overdue news: there are 22 achievements to unlock by taking part in events described in the Bible and progressing through the game.

We hope this update gives both new and returning players a great reason to step into the world of I Am Jesus Christ once again. Please continue sharing your thoughts and suggestions - your feedback has a real impact on the game.

- In Peter’s dialogues, John now has the correct John label instead of Andrew
- Fixed Matthew spawning in the wrong place if his recruitment was started after healing Peter’s mother-in-law without leaving Capernaum. Instead of standing at the tax booth, he appeared at his future meeting location, which made recruitment impossible to finish.
- Fixed the position of two NPCs during the Way of the Cross
- Fixed a broken quest state if, during the walking on water sequence, the player reached the boat at the same time the tornado caught them
- Fixed a broken conversation with James just before the donkey journey if the player had not used fast travel at all during the playthrough
