Cup and Counter Coffee Shop Simulator is a coffee shop management simulator where players grow from a small establishment to a popular café with regular customers. Players prepare drinks themselves, expand their premises, acquire new equipment, and gradually transform a simple coffee shop into a full-fledged business. Every decision impacts the speed of service, the reputation, and the future growth of the establishment.
Work begins at the bar, where you must prepare drinks according to recipes and cater to customer preferences. As new ingredients are discovered, the selection gradually expands, and customer traffic increases significantly, especially during peak hours. Prompt order fulfillment helps maintain a high level of service, while errors or long waits negatively impact customer satisfaction and the café's overall reputation.
Growing a business involves more than just coffee. You must manage ingredient inventories, arrange deliveries promptly, and consider product expiration dates to avoid unnecessary expenses. You can also hire employees, assign responsibilities, expand the premises, install new equipment, and adjust drink prices, maintaining a balance between profit and customer satisfaction.
