Description
Dark Souls Remastered is the re-release of the very first part of the cult role-playing series, which offers players a smart graphics, an increased number of frames per second, various balanced edits, and an output on the portable Nintendo Switch. Also, the game received a few small balance changes, an updated arrangement of bonfires (for example, a new bonfire was added to the blacksmith-skeleton of Vamos), as well as various visual updates. Dark Souls Remastered boasts support for resolutions up to 4K, stable frames at 60 frames per second, even in Blythtown, as well as other technical improvements.
About This Game
Reissue of the first part of the popular hardcore series will have new textures of high quality, lighting based on Dark Souls 3 and various other improvements. The main innovation will be an expanded multiplayer, allowing six players to play at once. Also, Bandai Namco plans to release all parts of the franchise for the portable console from Nintendo. True porting the project on Switch will be a third-party studio.

Installation Guide
Step-by-step setup process for CODEX

Open the .iso with a virtual drive program (e.g. Daemon Tools) — on Windows 10/11 a double click mounts it on its own.

Install the game by running
setup.exeand following the wizard. -
After installation, copy the entire contents of the
CODEXfolder from the disc into the game folder and agree to replace the files. -
Start the game through its usual shortcut, preferably as administrator.
